Remember how you felt when you are 6 years old ?
That spark in your eyes and that certain feeling of excitment to see Tomorrow??
Its that feeling you have when you wake up in the morning with that smile on your face and go like "OH YEAH! ITS A BRAND NEW DAY WOOHOOO , I WONDER WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO TODAY!"
Especially during Festivals like Chinese New Year or celebrations like Children's Day , you feel so energetic and you will get up 5am in the morning and can't wait to get on the road! When we are young , CNY seems to be this fun celebration you know! Like running around with your cousins , playing hide and seek , drink coke and burp loudly *Have burping competitions* , excitement to open up all your angpau packet , excited to see what food is prepared on the dining table and excited to listen to all these loud chinese new year songs .
As a year go by and another year pass , that spark of fire seems to slowly fade away like melted chocolate under the rain , slowly being diluted and slowly disappear leaving no trace behind. When you grow older , maybe when you are 14 years old , Chinese New Year seems to be boring , you can't even wake up that early anymore , when your cousins come to your house or when you go to your cousins house , you probably end up watching TV and not talking that much. You start to not enjoy chinese new year songs cause its so annoying . You don't play hide and seek anymore its just getting more and more boring. The excitment to see Tomorrow just slowly dies off.

Maybe because when we grow older , we tend to see more truth behind the lies that we never notice when we are younger. We tend to have more choices when we grow older , more decisions to be made , more reality check , more cruel facts , more mistakes made that made us guilty and a clearer look on what is happening in this society and people around us.
Things changes from time to time , even we change from time to time without noticing . Time made us all grow up even if we refuse to grow up , refuse to take notice or understand what is going on in our lives , eventually we will have to get out of our egg shells and see the world.
Well Magics always happen in fairy tales , even in real life they do . In life you will always meet that feel people that will make you feel motivated and make you feel that tomorrow will be a better day , and they can always make you feel that living in this world is really worth it because you got a goal to follow and a dream to be completed.
Tomorrow will only be full of hope if today someone gave you something to believe in :)

Hey :) its me again! Happy chinese new year!
this year was the best chinese new year ever cause my every year resolution finally came true! I've always wanted to have a real family reuion and this year , thank you lord :) thank you for giving me a chance to have a real reunion not even one person is lack in this reunion and i love it..
it was a touching scene to see how a father and his son reunite again after so long being away and so caught up with life.
This year everyone's faces are happier i saw extra smiles and tears inside peoples' eyes...
No matter what mistakes you did , the only one that will stand by your side and be with you are always your family...

Second Week Of College

College is awesome no doubts about it! Its relaxing , everyone is chilling its really like the college/school life you see in Movies or Gossip Girl Drama etc etc! There are lockers in college , when you walk down the hall way you see people sitting around in those round tables near the hallway , then there are these water dispenser , junk food dispenser even maggie mee cup dispenser! The library is so comfortable the chairs , the design it really makes you feel as if you are in USA's Ivy league schools!
Every you go its never hot or warm in the campus except for the toilet well , they don't put air conditioner in the toilet so obviously its the only warm place you can find!
Moreover , you do not have to ever walk stairs! because we have escalators in the college campus , there is even a ECA section where there are pool table , table tennis area , a longue for people to sit and chill! Beisdes that , they have a lot of quiet zone study room where it sorta look like glass cubes!
You can walk down the hall way and smile at anyone and they will smile back at you! its so fun you get to chill and really hang out , meet NEW PEOPLE! from DIFFERENT SChool , different countries! Its really great! and they have a wide range of Extra curricular activities! You get your own tag its like a pass to enter the school and stuff like that! In the Labs you dont have to share equipments with your friends and stuff because you get your own lab area and your own set of equipments so its really awesome cause you never have to share your experiment results or like wait for your turn to carry out the experiment.
I bet you are all starting to wonder which college am i in rite?!!! Taylor's College Sri Hartamas :) well i bet there are a lot of bad press saying that you know the fees is really expensive , the teachers are not very experience or the teacher are always MIA!
well i'm here to clear things up for you and clear the fog that is blurring your eyes.
Yes the fees is really expensive compared to other colleges because it has the kinda quality!
The teachers here are really friendly and experience , they are really good at what they are doing :) their communications skills are 120% and you have the freedom to talk or point out what you think its wrong or right. In taylor's there are only maximum 25 people in a class room so you get really cozy with them and you don't have an excuse to be a coward and keep quiet if you don't know something .
Teachers here even give one-on-one time with those who request extra tutoring , They are willing to explain the same thing to you for a thousand times!
Well i bet you will be wondering how i know that rite?! I've just been in college for like 1 weeks and 2 days and i've asked the teachers a lot of questions . I even asked the Economic's teacher this particular question for like 3 times and she had to explain it to the whole class for 3 times but she didn't scold me! Well if i were to ask my secondary school teacher for 3 times i think i would be standing outside of the class by now XD or i'll probably get black listed by my teacher! but well the LECTURERs here are more than willing to teach and explain they will be mad if we just kept quiet and not tell them what we don't understand.

2011 has been a great year no doubts , i have my sweetest moments in life , i was naive enough to think that i would marry someone that i am with at that age! I was silly to let small things get between me and my friends!
but let me tell you something , after i learn how to let go , i feel happier , i feel that i am unstoppable like SUPERMAN!!! WOohooo!
i enjoy spending all of my time with my friends and family its just funny and awesome!

Hey sorry guys i have been in a state of depression something like that lar after having some love problems!!
But hey! i got something to share
I've always felt that he was the one sometimes i don't realize that i am actually hiding from the truth , hiding from the fact that maybe that spark has been long gone , and that loving moment has been over.From time to time we are always making choices , brain storming , changing our minds , changing ourselves for the better and preparing ourselves for what the future is going to bring.
But sometimes we don't realize that instead of moving forward we are actually running in circles over and over again.My friend told me like hey why are you so stuck up in your own misery, why are you doing this to yourself you are just 17 years old , because of a guy you do this to yourself? you get yourself all depressed all emotional and all teary? is it worth it? you are just 17 , how many things have you encounter? how many people have you met? HOW MANY PARTS OF THE WORLD HAVE YOU SEEN? How much bitter have you gone through? Well its nothing , in this 17 years we will always find this one guy we think that HE IS THE ONE , HE WILL BE THE ONE THAT WE ARE GOING TO GET MARRIED TO IN THE FUTURE... Well think again :) it took me probably 2 weeks or more to think about it over and over again , think like hey What have i done to myself!
We are just 17 we are suppose to enjoy life , be with friends , have fun! Go on road trips , go on vacations and stuff like that ! then why be so glued up to your man/girl? its not logical you don't know what tomorrow brings , you just stay at the same spot not wanting to explore this wonderful world you just hope to stay with that person you love at the moment...

Let me tell you a story , i have a friend well she is a girl , she met this boy during high school and thought that they would be able to walk a long way , get married have kids and stuff like that but after being with that person for almost 5 years , she realized that he wasn't the one...
5 years and that relationship went down the drain...because of one thing , different thoughts and dreams ... We might share the same aspirations at first but well 1 year goes by and another year past again how sure are you that you will still stay the same have the same opinion about something??
We might think that we are mature enough to handle something but actually at this age , no one is mature enough to make the correct judgment ..Not you , Not me , Not us . We all can't judge a situation properly...

After being alone for a few days and finally allowing myself to go out and socialize with others again , i found out that hey love isn't everything... It might be everything when you are in it , but when you are out of it , you see a lot of things you never notice before , you look at stuff in a different dimension..
i feel really happy honestly!!! i have never feel so carefree before?! well should i say GAY! XD
its really fun being around with your girl friends you know dyeing their hair for them , having slumber parties , loiter around the shopping mall , look at bra and undies! its something i never do for a very long time... i have always think this way if i ever have time i would want to spend all of it with my boy but then i have just realize how foolish i was =)
Boys come and go but best friends are there forever! Really They would always stick up for me! whenever i have problems with someone or someone hurt my feelings they would be the first to hold a shovel and hunt that bastard down (Well its just a saying lar but we don't do it!!!)
I finally understand what is freedom =)
its really fun! you don't have to worry about him not replying your text , don't even have to think about what to give him on his birthday or on your anniversary! Its like i have been caging myself for so long too long , and now when i unleash myself i go WILD!
Party all day , hang out all night! talk all day and night , go out with anyone i want its just great! :)

we are all actors and actresses in life according to one of my friends theory.
well yeah its true! =) we are all fucking good actors and actresses we tend to hide our weaknesses hide our defects and we tend to be very deceitful.
But have you ever felt that when you are with 1 person of the opposite sex , only with them you feel like you don't have to put on a mask , hide your down sides , hide your weaknesses? Its like you let go of inner self that has been struggling like mad inside...
Its hard to find someone like that , you feel comfortable with them , feel the connection its almost as if you guys have a cable linking to each others.

i bet you have heard this for a billion , million , trillion times when someone break up , they tend to cry , after they cry after they get over the fact that they are all over , then they will start to party again start to have fun again.Thats life rite?
but what happens if you really happen to love that person so much , he meant so much to you , but he left you , you will probably think yeah you will get over it soon...
but how soon is soon? this is not like those normal breakups u know? not like HEY i'm gonna cry for 2 days maximum and i will hate you .But why this time , i don't hate you at all but i cried every morning when i wake up , weep when i think about you , weep when i hear our songs , weep when i go to all the places we went before..
what am i doing... moving backwards when you asked me to move forward

How can i let move forward when i know that it was really hard for us to be together , it was fate that we met each other , it was fate that brought us together , it was all the things you do and say . How can i let go of someone when i know that what we had was for real not just a silly game i play over and over again?

Well it took me a very long time to figure things out . For the past few days i was being a humpty dumpty when someone push me i would go to their way i was undecided and shit like that
but then now i have decided to give one last try.
even if it means being shot by a bullet and dying , at least i tried and i wouldn't regret.

this second i still have you but i hope that the next second and forever i will still have you by my side... i don't want to lose u in the next second...

its so hard to find someone that you mind so much , everything that he does or say can affect you so badly it can turn your whole world upside down, he meant the world to me , meeting him was the best thing that has ever happen to me
although he has the most intolerable attitude but still i love him...
i don't know why
its easy for you to say let go if it hurts you so badly but do you know how i feel inside? leaving him is what that hurts even more... it eats you bit by bit and when you are gone , there is not even a single flesh on your bones anymore...

Growing up

Growing up you face a lot of problems not because you get all fucked up with your private life but its just that when you grow up , you start to have a lot of CHOICES , and those choices can determine what and who you are going to be in the future. You start making choices but you start to wonder if its for the better or not.
During this SPM exam period *well its not done yet i still have 3 papers to sit for*, i learnt a lot of things , i have learnt that you need to try your best in order to get quality results.Throughout this period of examination i really feel stressed out! not because i didn't prepare well (ok maybe its a lil because of that) but then its like the pressure of getting A+ u know! its the competition between you and A+ its really deadly!
i really felt so tensed up ! before the exam i always joke around and say "AIYA as long as its an A then i am happy adi" But no!NO! seriously getting A-,A and A+ defines how much you have worked hard and how well have you done.
i couldn't sleep well , i have not enough time to revise back , i often feel scared , i would get mad at anyone who tries to criticize my actions , i feel like i need a time out you know its really tiring! trying to fight and fight , and trying to do my best sometimes i just hope that the person i love most would say baby don't worry everything will be okay i love you. but i guess its so close yet so far away.
SPM didn't just take away my social life , SPM took away my boyfriend from me! SPM brought stress and tension into my life. It introduced insomnia as my new friend.
sometimes after i finish a paper , i really feel like i am going to pass out or black out its just so tiring... stressful...

the tension of trying to prove to others what CRYSTAL WONG JING EE is made up of its really tough.the only thing that i have and i can prove to others that i am not just that Freaky little chick that parties around like mad , drink like there is no tomorrow , cheer like its my last day on earth or have a great boyfriend and i would sacrifice my time for him. The only thing that i can prove to others that i am not dumb is by scoring and nailing every single exam and to prove to those that underestimated me WRONG =)

actually my main intension wasn't to talk about how stress up my life is , its just that... you know sometimes you really want to spend some times with the guy you love even if its just talking for awhile and staring into each other eyes... but its so hard i can't sleep without talking to him... and everytime when i listen to Katy Perry's song i feel like crying...

Second doubts

You know what couples face today in this cold and cruel world?
Second doubts...What if?
This happens to me... i have been through heartbreaks , been through parts of life where i screw up other peoples happy life... Been there when someone pick me up and sworn they would love me forever but they throw me away after everything is over...

i have been through situations that made me change my personality...
Foolish and naive thinking that he would come back to me when i change myself for him. but nope =) they all walk away without a good reason...
throughout the years of *Hitting my head on the wall* something i use to describe love , i just turn into someone that would be with guys that love me in my mind being loved is always better than loving someone...
but did it make me anywhere near or close to happy?No honestly , i almost lose all my friends...in that point of life , i feel hopeless and i didn't really believe that true love exist anymore... i just take love as a gamble and a game.You win you have it , you lose then you leave.

Until i really saw this specific guy that made me have this weird feeling i have never had for a very long long time..
Its a kind of spark you feel when you look at him... you feel like WOW who is this guy?Who is he and i am dying to know him =) Funny heh yeah that is the way i felt when i first saw him this electroshock feeling...
i have felt it once when i was in form3 but because of my own foolishness i lost it.. then after that i have never ever felt sparks when i see other guys... until i met this one guy in my 16birthday party... he was on the other side of the pool and i immediately spotted him and the first time when i look at him i get this spark again... the kind of feeling , so tempted to go near him and look at him in the eyes...
but he didn't notice me...
as time pass i get to know him better... we were introduced to each other.. well he wasn't just introduced to me but i just find him intriguing.. i text him everyday.
i don't mind admitting that i text him ... because i like him! at a point i felt like giving up because he seemed so uninterested.. and my friend told me that he didn't like me...
i was really sad i couldn't focus in my own life i couldn't move on... i feel so down and sad... i didn't know what to do ..
but then my best friend came to me and say i think he likes you...
and i figure out that so what if he don't like me? Doesn't mean i have to give up right? if you can't get someone out of your mind maybe he is meant to be there...
so i was very sure about my decision i just continued to love him in silence...
and 2 days before his birthday i threw him a surprise party ...and we got together=) that was the happiest day of my life! Seriously i feel blessed having him...

I have to admit that
He is not a very good when it comes to sweet talking
He is not very good at making a girl happy
He is dull
but one thing for sure... he knows how to make me smile , laugh , cry , go insane and just love him like mad! Its like a never ending roller coaster ride!
We've been so high up and we've been so low down , we've been through dirt on our face , said words we never imagine we would say , hurt each others feeling , make each other feel sad...
And i did the biggest mistake was to doubt his love to me...
That stupid fear of losing him caused me to have doubts on him
because of doubting him i have pushed him to the edge...
i'm sorry baby .... i don't know what to say anymore

Sometimes we are too afraid to speak out , sometimes we just let others over shadow us because we are afraid that when we speak out and raise our voices out no one will back us up , no one will agree with what we are saying...
The Fear of being rejected by the society and by everyone else in our so call Group , we refuse to speak our emotions out we just think that letting it go , not starting up a fight will be better.

We hide things like our feeling towards a boy , things we did that was wrong that made us feel guilt , we are from a broken family and all we ever wanted was a father that will be there for us , we just want a boy to prove to us that he is capable of not leaving us , things we hide like the fact that we are addicted to sex , cigarettes and alcohol , of the fact that we cheated on our partner , the fact that we can't stop eating or we are aneroxic
Everything we fear of , we will try hard to keep it inside a box and we basically just seal it up and throw it into some deep well or deep hole so that no one will ever find out what we did in the past , present or future...Embarrassing moments that you wish no one knew about ...

What drive us to do things like this?Was it our foolishness ?Was it our fear of losing our popularity and fame?Was it because of money?Was it because of love?Was it because the fact that we are just trying to get that thrill...We do something wrong and we regret but is that the right way to face our problems?
No! Stand out...So what if you did everything wrong and nothing right , mistakes are meant to be made! You only get to live once you learn from your mistakes its a good experience with a high price you have to pay but at least you won't repeat the same old mistakes... Do you know that when you hide it and try to run away from it , it comes back and haunt you?Do you have any idea how scary is it?i know how scary it is everywhere you go , you think that people know about it and that sudden fear can kill you and make you go crazy!
So speak out tell your close friend about it... because you have to know one things YOU ARE NOT ALONE NO MATTER IN WHAT SITUATION , THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT FACED AND WENT THRU THE SAME THING LIKE YOU .BE BRAVE TO SPEAK OUT BE BRAVE TO FACE YOUR PROBLEMS AND YOU WILL EVENTUALLY SEE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL =)

You know guys? and RELATIONSHIPS?? Well for the first few months , they will love you alot your love will be very strong but as time goes by , its like a process ... the love will get weakened and both the boy and the girl will start to show their "TRUE SELF"
You know what i mean???This is what girls think:
we can always give up everything in our life just to make him happy , give up all our time , just to see them , we can sacrifice anything just to see that smile and sparkles in their eyes ... we will never feel tired or bored of taking care of them and automatically we will treat them like KINGS...
but what do we get? we will never be the first they want to see , we will never be the FIRST...
They can put their games , their work , their money , their friends first . Its never wrong everyone get to choose who they want to put first place and how they want their world to revolve around.
But its just sometimes girls get so tired of it! Every single time when things are planned out nicely they can always give up and back out last minute and all they can do is say SORRY. That anger and frustation in girls just disappear and they fall into his trap again... Compromising too much , giving but not taking... Tolerating
but what about guys?
Guys will always think that girls are annoying...The first few months they are very caring but later on they feel that girls are clingy , feel that they are not understanding them.

Well this morning during biology class , i suddenly pop up with this random question i say :"HEY YOU FOLKS COME LETS PLAN AFTER SPM OUTING!!! I THINK WE SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE NEAR BECAUSE WE ARE ALWAYS TOO AMBITIOUS , WE END UP SITTING AT HOME IN OUR TOILETS!WASTING OUR HOLIDAYS =3="
Then my friend suddenly say :"HEY YO!!! COME ON LETS GO PENANG"
I look at her with such disbelieve i say :" Why the hell you want to go PENANG! its not like they have ALIEN SPACESHIPS there or something rite?!"
She told me :"WE SHOULD GO! there is this Charlie Brown's Cafe there!! its super cute!"
My first question was :"WHat the hell is Charlie Brown? What so cute about it?! it sounds like some kinda Old English Restaurant!"

Last Saturday , 6th of July 2011 , i attended the SOX Hoops competition 2011 at Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort =)
Me and my cousin Ashley went there together =) to be honest the basketball court

thingy was quite stuffy due to the hot weather and that place is quite deserted so its hard to find food T__T
You know me! i am always thinking about food food food!!!

Life is so unpredictable sometimes you look at someone and they just look perfectly healthy and happy but the next moment you see them , they are already gone...
Cancer has affected more than a million people worldwide and have took away a lot of lives.It don't just affects old people but even babies can get cancer... its something that is out of the control of man kinds .
Sometimes i just feel that the world is unfair, i went to piano class today and my teacher told me that her student a form3 student got Lymph cancer.She is just a 15 year old teenager that never even get to sit for her PMR and she needs to bare with the pain of chemotherapy.She have to cancel her piano classes to go for chemotherapy but she has that will power and she didn't wanna give up piano classes. She asked her mother to call up my teacher to go on with the class. I really salute her strength to continue living her life positively! Most of the people would have crumple into pieces and lock themselves up.

During the dark times they need a lot of support , strength to face their therapy , face the fact that their hair is going to fall off slowly , facing the fact that they are gonna meet the grim reaper , facing the fact that they are going to leave this world filled with people they love , people they know its certainly not easy...
But there is always hope no matter where you go , belive in miracles people say that if you get cancer , you will die sooner or later but look at the bright side! There are a lot of cancer survivors that lived til today thats because they didn't give up and they don't want to die! they don't want to surrender to fate. LOVE MAKES MIRACLES , Love makes you feel that there is a point to fight all the pain and sorrow...because of love people tend to be stronger than they use to and face life more positively than before.

There are some hardcore dubsteps but also some slower and softer versions.She prefered the softer version and she told me that these singers use their vocals to sing they don't autotune their voices.This is one awesome one

Cheer Nationals 2011 my experience

WE NO SPEAK AMERICANO STARTING

Being the captain of Pirates All Girls cheerleading team was a rough and hard path...
It wasn't easy to please everyone and still get things in position i bet those of you who became a leader before will understand how i feel...
as the leader you have to work harder than the others you must make sure that you know everything and you have to calm your team members down when something happen. when there are politics in the team you got to be the one that stands up for the crowd and make sure that everyone is happy.
It was never easy especially after a few failures , others tend to blame you and scold you , it was even harder because you got to swallow all the tears and say OKAY NO PROBLEM! but one thing that i leart was to fight back when someone tries their very best to attack you.
The moment came it was cheer nationals 2011... i was standing back stage with my girls. I was so excited to perform thats all i didn't feel nervous or scared!I screamed out to my girls i say :" We have came this far there are no turning back you got 1 chance! THIS IS A ONE WAY TICKET AND ALSO GOLDEN TICKET to REDEEM YOURSELF! PROVE TO THOSE THAT ONCE LOOKED DOWN ON YOU!SHOW THEM WHAT WE ARE MADE OUT OF AND MAKE EVERYONE PROUD!GO ALL OUT GIRLS!"
We Run onto the blue mat with smiles! and we just did everything all out! we got kicked during the process twist some wrist and ankles got bruises everywhere got blood dripping all over the place got sweat raining down our forehead and got tears everywhere on the floor finally we did it after all these time we have been working so hard it finally paid off! it wasn't the best but at least we did our best and we put on a great show =)

Whoopsiee! i forgot to update you guys the latest new about the SOX Hoops competition that was held S.O.X HOOPS 2011 at Central Conference @MABA Stadium on 16th July 2011 !
Here are some news about it!
I'm not really a big fan of basketball i always have this concept set in my mind , Basketball and football are the same they are all chasing after a ball and trying to make a hit! But i was WRONG~! =)
it was really exciting watching the teams play as they run from one part of the court to another trying to snatch the ball without fail!
The HEAT was really burning up the stadium on that day itself!

hiyaaa these basketball players are looking at the X-Box Challenge =) they look like they want to try it out! ;)

What makes a cheer routine so attractive until the extend it can make everyone in the stadium stand up and jump around as if they are in LADY GAGA's CONCERT?
Main thing is the song! An Awesome music makes the routine so much better and so much closer to a WINNER!

There are professional songs makers! They have the best songs =) i love Ultravoilet-Brainwash songs the most! but obviously you have to pay the price to buy the best song!
Second thing is Partner Stuns =) If you have a high difficulty partner stunt and you are able to execute it nicely , you will not just wow the crowd but the judges too =)

Of course we can't forget about the Basket tosses! If you can toss your flyer until she can almost see everyone in the stadium well done! your toss is more than just high but VERY HIGH! and the flyers have to make sure they snap and do what she is suppose to do properly so the toss will look extra powerful!

Pyramid , it carries the most marks in a competition ,because you need to have the skills , techniques and the ability to stand the pain and not let your flyer fall.
Clean and nicely executed stunt is the best =)

BOOM BOOM POW? BEP ever heard of that song?! DANCE is one of those killer shots you can give everyone and make them go high!

"DRESS TO IMPRESS"-this quote is true! if you have a killer outfit and gorgeous make up , it makes you stand out of the crowd more and have more confident =)

Done with the joke well i wanna introduce you Transformer 3 Dark of the Moon its really thrilling and AWESOME!

The part where all the auto bots fight with the decepticons its really EPIC and AWESOME! One thing good about this movie is that you don't have to worry that the story line is draggy and boring!
its not! the ACTION NEVER STOPS that 2 hours and 32 minutes pass just like that!
It was a miracle because i never watch transformer 1 and 2 but i still can understand transformer 3! =) I have to admit that what i thought during the past is wrong i always thought transformer is about "METAL BOX FIGHTING VERY LAMEEEEEE" but then i take my words back its awesome second best to "FAST AND FURIOUS 5" ♥

Cracking your head trying to figure out what to wear for prom?! and how to make your Ever-So-Dry Skin / Hair look like they just got a new cut and perm?
here are some tips to get a refreshingly gorgeous baby skin!
It’s important to start early with a good face/skin regimen to help ensure good skin on your special night. You might want to try the following daily routine:

•Exfoliate your face with a mild scrub (try Neutrogena Pore Refining Cleanser) once a week to smooth away dry flakes and dead cells.
•Apply a moisture lotion containing sunscreen. If you don’t use acne medicine, try Olay Complete UV Protection Moisture Lotion.
•Be an H2O Fanatic! Drink at least eight glasses of H2O a day to insure healthy cleansing, inside and out.
•Once a day, take vitamin E pills, to help skin repair itself.
•Keep lips moisturized by sporting a lip balm 24 - 7! (Try Chapstick or Lip Satin).
•If you have great skin, it might be a good idea to skip some of the make-up, like foundation, and just allow your natural beauty to shine through.
•As for the skin on the rest of your body, be sure to use a body wash/scrub when you shower. BERSIH 2.0 Rally

This is probably one of the hottest topic in town now the "BERSIH" Protest.
It has cause a lot of debates over some politic issues and it has cause a lot of inconvenience to INNOCENT PEOPLE LIKE YOU ME AND OUR FAMILY.This is what its all about.
The activists are demanding that authorities overhaul voter lists, introduce transparent procedures for ballots to be counted and make other policy changes ahead of national elections widely expected by mid-2012. Government officials say current electoral laws are fair enough.

It is the latest attempt by authorities to deter citizens from marching in Kuala Lumpur on 9 July in what the opposition hopes will be Malaysia's biggest protest in nearly four years.LIKE WOW!!!!! Malaysia Memang Boleh! but as a student , i think doing a protest is not the best solution because its so dangerous i mean some students have school on Saturdays you know how teenagers like to loiter around town ;)

Last year MTV invited Katy Perry , BunkFace , Tokio Hotel and Wonder Girls to Rock out the Sunway Lagoon Outdoor Surf Beach . It was all Girl-ish , sexy and funky with all the beach balls rolling to the crowds "Katy Perry-Callifornia Girls" , Wonder Girls heating up the whole place with their "signature DISH -Nobody" , Tokio Hotel Rocking it out and Our Local Band Bunkface that sang "Through my window" !

Its such a cruel and dirty job yet people are still doing it. They are probably mentally ill because they like to see people suffer while they get their share of the money! This must stop!Every year in fact sometimes every few months when we drive pass a toll plaza, we always see pictures of little girls missing age between 5-11.They are just young children they haven't even finish primary school they don't even have any idea how this WHOLE WORLD WORKS and LOOKS LIKE! How can people be so merciless!

Ways to stop Human Trafficking starts at home! Parents should take full responsibility of their children!
1. Do not let your Kids go out without your surveillance
2. Do not allow your kids to go out at night alone its dangerous even though that destination is just a 5minutes walk
3. Be aware of people in your surroundings
4. If you suspect anyone that is involve in human trafficking please do not be afraid to report it to the police! because small actions you take make a big difference

And Do You Know That:

Women and children are also captured, forced into prostitution, and killed. According to US State Department estimates, more than 20,000 people are trafficked into the U.S. each year—mainly destined for the sex trade.

Some of them are send to other countries to become a beggar . They even amputate their arms or legs and make them beg for money . Some of them are even brutally beaten up .They are not given the rights as a human and they weren't given a chance to be treated like a normal human!

Beauty is not forever you might be pretty now but what about 10-20 years from now , your beauty will fade away at the end of the day , no one will want you anymore because you have no more value to them. So what you can do is to make use of your beauty to build a business , build a strong and wide connection .It's pointless to stay in that small BOX of yours because it won't get you far from where you are now. Don't follow the path , Create one and let others follow you .

I know for some people speaking out and trying to give opinions about some matters are very hard but just look into the mirror and say I CAN DO IT! gain that confidence and strength always keep a poker face * IN A FRIENDLY WAY OF COURSE* . If you have a stage fright , its normal but never ever show it out! because the moment you show it out , people know your weaknesses and they will eventually take that weakness of yours and they will Bring you down.

Everything in this world requires speaking and if you can't make your words clear no one will understand you and people will go like "WHAT? PARDON? I DON' T UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF LANGUAGE ARE YOU SPEAKING? and etc!"

At the end of the day , if you want something , speak out go get it! People might say action speaks louder than words but at the end of the day , words have the power to make people believe in you and also make people lose trust in you.

Child Abuse

Everyday when we flip through newspapers , we tend to see a few cases of child abuse. Why is this happening ? WHAT HAS GONE WRONG WITH THIS WORLD?! These kids are innocent , why do you have to hurt them * Well of course sometimes they might be a little annoying ! especially when they start to talk non-stop and use their pester power* But its not an excuse to beat them up or torture them in any way mentally or physically.
Do you know that if you abuse a child , they have 90% higher chances to get trauma and become very rebellious ? They will turn become very violent and very aggressive that's probably because they want to protect themselves.
But here's another thing you must figure out WHY do parents abuse their children? Why? Most of the child's that have been abused by their parents come from a broken family.

They usually tell their friends , their mom/father are psychopaths. For EXAMPLE , if your mother always argue and fight with your father when you are young and often beat you up , there must be a reason for all the DRAMAS right?
I mean they can't be fighting over some small shit like one party didn't take out the trash or something. Children must be understanding , if your mother beat your father up there must be a bloody reason why they do that , its either your father has another mistress out there or something. If you claim that she just beat him up for no reason , then why in this world did they get together? if they were fighting for no reasons then why did they get married in the first place?Mind as well just pack their bags and say goodbye to each other.
For every action , there must be a reason.
its a simple principle , its just like you don't just go around fishing for guys if you are not desperate for love . Another example , boys don't just go around watching AMERICAN PIE if they don't have the urge to do stupid stuff * YOU GET WHAT I MEAN?? STUPID STUFF AS IN THOSE STUFF ;)*

But obviously its wrong to beat up your children even though you are having problems with your life! Its W-R-O-N-G get it?! Don't even think about it! Imagine how hard is it to walk around with that big pregnant stomach of yours and how painful is it to go through labour and how hard is it to raise a child up and try to give them the best and you just release your stress on them?! Is that worth it ? Go home think about it or better yet after reading this go to bed drink a cup of hot coffee and think about it again!

Think Twice Before You Act , because every time you make a wrong judgement or decision , a person's life is in stake and a person's future turns bleak

Being a leader is not easy , it might look GLAMOROUS and you might feel the POWER but there is one problem being a leader means leading a group of people and trying to make them happy and at the same time making them listen to you.
You might not be able to please everyone in the team but you have got to bare with all the drama.
When something goes wrong , the leader is the one that is gonna be the shield and she/he is gonna be the first to raise their hands up and take the blame...You try to please and solve one person's problem but it might cause another person to be unhappy.
Sometimes its just best to stand out and talk everything out even if it might cause a bitch fight or a cat fight just say it out. Make your point clear and make sure that after that everyone shake hands , solve it and proceed.
I seriously don't need drama i rather say sorry and just accept it. I've come this far everyone in this team got bruises everywhere come to training almost everyday i don't want people to remember us because we have the worst shits i want people to turn their necks and drop their JAWS and go like OMFG AM I DREAMING THESE GIRLS GOT GAME AND NO SHIT THEY ARE BACK WE'VE GOT TO WATCH OUT ASS!
Everyone is eager to win and the real politics principle have been applied during this journey... We Will Do Anything To Get To The Top!
Here i say sorry if i've posted anything that affected your feelings but when we step into training i want everyone to throw their emotions away and just give all out during training time.

The Chef himself handmade the udons its really very delicious =) the udon itself has this texture, firm and slightly chewy feel and the soup is really original=)

Ekiden Run WOHOOOO the 6th Ekiden run is here again!
As usual SMK Cochrane muaa school has the most people going!!! Its held on 29th of May at PUTRAJAYA
Last year , they have to send like around 10 busses or more than that just to fetch all of SMK COCHRANE's students there and this year its getting bigger =)

I still remember we wake up at 3am in the morning just to go to school and we end up waiting there for hours well thats because i'm the last to run! and it was HOT! NOT JUST HOT ITS FREAKING SUNNY BURNING HOT! and i actually went from fair skin to tanned skin and i had this very bad fever and i was half dead when i reach home
but it was all worth it =)
they gave everyone a medal , certificate and some memorable memories to bring home =)

Went to school half dead in the morning not enough sleep and stuff but i was happy because HE remember that its our 1 month being together TEEHEEEE =)
Sat for Biology Paper 3 and Chemistry paper 3. it was the first time i felt so relax sitting for the exam because i was prepared ;)
but i was freaking sleep after finishing the paper i don't remember checking it , i just fell fast asleep =0

Then i went home to study Chemistry paper1 and 2 gosh Half way through form4 chapeter 7 Acid and Base , i fell asleep again! gosh =3=
then i went for British Council wasn't very fun but at least i get to release stress there by crapping with my friends =)
On the way home , i've decided to catch a movie with my boyfie and some of my close friends so i called up everyone i told them that we are watching Fast 5 and it was AWESOMEEEEEEEEEE that movie is a MUST WATCH!

all the action , all the SPORTS CAR and all the HOT CHICKS and HOT GUYS just make that movie so WORTHY!!! and the story line is nicely done! GOOD JOB =) because usually action movie don't have a nice Story line but this is SO GOOD!

Growing love

Sometimes , when you can’t get something , you get so eager and you just want to have it but when you have it , you tend to forget how hard it is to get it and you take things for granted .

Many people don’t know that love is an investment. You must invest a lot of commitment in a relationship and make sure that you don’t just assume everything is ok because if you just let it be , you will eventually lose all your investment and your other half might just leave you.Love is all about giving and taking and if you don’t give , you will never receive.

Keeping a relationship alive is never easy even for our parents , it was never easy to keep things alive and happy sometimes unhappy things happen and you got two choices either to face it together or just let it be and act like nothing is wrong.
People that act like nothing is wrong and put a smile on their face and tend to look like their “HAPPY” you will face a lot of problems in the future trying to fit that mask of yours tight on your face .

We never know what is going to happen next , whether its going to be good or bad , we don’t know but there is one thing we can do that is to slowly take care of that precious bond like how you take care of a plant . Watering it with love and always give it some care and affection =)

It was a rainy day.. i was sitting in Starbucks enjoying my Java Chips Frap Its Half Price from 5pm-7pm !
WHY people choose to drink STARBUCKS when they can make coffee at home and save a whole load of cash!
well here's why ;) The atmosphere is good , the drink they serve are very good quality drinks we are talking about! and they have FREE INTERNET! GOSHHH
I wouldn't mind paying around RM14 for a cup of drink! i find starbucks really relaxing and they sell lots of other stuff like their bottles , bread , food , coffee beans , tea bags and fruit juice!

i love their bottles , its so CUTE!

I can't stand a day without wearing a watch okay maybe sometimes when i have cheer practice i don't wear it ...
but i usually wear it to school , wear it out and everywhere i go because time is just ticking so fast! and i need to keep track of stuff =)

Obviously we know that we always hear the same story when something goes WRONG! Come on Everyone was a Teenager once and its just probably a part of it! Falling in love , Doing some Wrong stuffs , Getting into CAT FIGHTS , Walking round with a bottle of beer stuffed in your mouth and tears rolling down from your eyes...

It's just sometimes , you really get disappointed about what they say... They try to tell you that you shouldn't fall in love at this age , they give you a tons of reason to bring you down like EXAMPLES:

1. Don't try to make up stories he don't love you

2. Do you think he is even committed in the relationship don't say i don't warn you later if he leaves you don't go around crying.

3. It will affect your studies!

I am consider quite lucky because my parents allow me to go out once in a while but some of my friends don't even get to go out! I mean HELLOO ?! You can't control your kids like that if they want to go out why don't you just let them go out! once in a while won't hurt right!

Sorry i didn't update my blog due to some complications! Yesterday 8/4/2011 i went to school and Kasturi. =) i happen to have 1 class empty so i went to Central Market with my friends Saw this New Building! =) Near the Putra Station and opposite Kasturi KL1

went to eat Hot & Roll Crunchy Peanut (sweet paratha) Its really Nice =) Yummssss i really enjoyed it! it has been a long time since i ever go out with my friends to central market during tuition hours =) we used to do that almost every week during form4! but well form5 everyone is getting more and more serious about their studies =) Mua Babes And after that , at night we went to Steven's Corner for food yums! and we talked crap until 1130pm then we all went home!except for two guys well guys will still be guys their favourite phrase Boys:" The Night Is Still YOUNG" so they went out again! Boy oh boy!!!!! Today well it was a hectic day i went to Axis Atrium @ Pandan Indah just to get costumes for the girls at SSG for their performance on Friday. I spent 2 hours there trying to search for the pants but end up leaving the complex with nothing so disappointing and Frustrating!

To make things worst , its raining heavily! and i have to rush to SSG as usual i sneak into SSG like an ALIEN XD

but it was all worth it because their all so cute and fun to mix with!!!

Camera Hunting

I have always wanted to get a camera but i didn't know what to buy and i am always 50% 50% about it!
But today i finally told myself :" Crystal you know what!You need a camera! you can't depend on others to take a photo of you cause it isn't nice troubling others"
So yeahhhh i eventually got a few cameras in mind

But well they don't sell Ricoh in most of the shops because its not really a top seller among people so they mostly focus on Canon and Nikon! =)
after surveying for god knows how long i finally choose this camera similar to a DSLR and its compact =) It's a new camera that has just been launched around March!

Cupcakes! That is probably the first thing people will think about when someones birthday comes or some special occasions! Because its the most priceless and tasty gift!

It's probably equivilant to giving someone your heart because you put a lot of effort in it and you really hope it turns out right =)

Besides that , we all get attracted to cupcakes once in a blue moon because of its really good looks and spark of colours !

Well if you are cracking your head trying to figure out how to make a cupcake , here is a simple recipie

Basic Cupcake ♥

Ingredients
For the Cupcakes
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces (2 sticks) unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
Finely grated zest of 1 orange
1 cup milk

For the Icing
8 ounces cream cheese (not whipped)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees with racks in top and bottom thirds. Line twenty-four muffin cups (1-cup capacity) with paper or foil liners, and set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl, and set aside.

2.Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl; beat until pale and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add orange zest. Beat in flour mixture and milk in three alternating batches, beginning and ending with flour mixture. After each addition, beat until just combined, scraping down sides and bottom of bowl as necessary.

3.Fill prepared muffin cups with about 1/4 cup batter. Bake, rotating pans once, until cupcakes are just golden brown and spring back to the touch, 18 to 20 minutes. Let cupcakes cool in tins, about 5 minutes, then turn them out onto wire racks. Repeat with any remaining batter. Let cool completely.

4.Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar in a small bowl until just smooth. Add milk and vanilla; beat frosting until combined. Use immediately.

Some people live to eat while some eat to live either way , everyone LOVE GOOD FOOD! The moment you walk into a restaurant you just feel like ordering all the food on the menu but what is good and what is not no one really know. I am not really a die hard fan of food but still i can't stand a day without eating good food. Really stress out about where to eat??Well here are some guides to a delicious feast =) China Town , Petaling street Hon Kee 汉记靓粥 very famous for their porridge.

They serve fish porridge , century egg porridge and a whole load more of other variety!

It is directly opposite HONG LEONG BANK at Petaling Street =)

Next Stop Beef noodles! Still at Petaling street but only in the evening at Petaling street they have a shop nearby too =) i prefer the dry beef noodles it has more flavour than the beef noodles with soup! but still its AWESOME very delicious.

For those that love Sweet potato and wants to try something different! you should try the Deep Fried Sweet Potato Balls its crispy , tasty and not that oily as it looks like. It only cost around RM2 for 10 pieces!

Well lets get on to WANTAN Noodles! =) Koon Kee is famous for their WANTAN noodles its tasty and flavourful

Happening.Shocking.Spooky

Today morning , its a gloomy day as it is raining like cats and dogs i didn't really feel like going to school but i have no choice but to attend class.

I went to school and had MCD Hot Cakes during recess time ;)

Before recess time , something happen . I went into class and saw one of the girls in my class name "X" looking pale and tears are rolling down her cheek. I ask X's friend what happen to her , she told me that X got possessed /Disturbed by That "THING" and he/she/it wouldn't leave her alone . Her friend even told me that a few other people living at the school hostel also got disturbed/possessed by that "thing" .

I ask her why so many people got possessed / disturbed? She told me that if one person get possessed and the other people start feeling scared , that "Thing" will have fun possessing one person after another . The more afraid you get , the more it/he/she will follow you.

People that get possessed will probably be abnormally stronger than they use to be , some will just stare at the blank place without moving , some will scream and yell , some start throwing things and so on... When you try to stop it , they will struggle and some will speak out with a very deep voice that is not that person's voice! When you believe in God , then you have to believe that there is some other kind of living person in this world that we can't see and it's just a step away from it...

The most common place for things like this to happen is probably the school , Hospital , cemetary and very old buildings.

To be honest writing this post really makes me feel a little scared @___@

but still i want to blog about it oh GOSH!!! =3= but at least now people know that its really true things like this do happen sometimes around people you know. My idol is Kimora Lee Simmons she just portrays this sexy , confidence , successful and funny woman that i think almost everyone wants to be!She has her own fashion line BABY PHAT , KLS and Kouture

Kouture by Kimora is for young , Fun Teenagers =) Her works are just so amazing !

i want to be like her i want to walk like her , talk like her better yet be like her!she really gives me an idea of what i want , what are my interest ...
I started watching Kimora Lee Simmons:Life on the fab lane on channel 712 Astro i guess on 2010 and i am still watching it now =)
i can't help it she really gave me an idea on what i wanna do i like to be the one that stands out , i never really enjoy boring works *Not that its not good its just that people all have their own interests* i love going around different places probably arranging events !
after i watch that show , i started to realize what are my dreams i want to be a successful business woman. i have this vision of my own cafe that's very classy , elegant yet affordable by everyone!a place people can enjoy time together sit down in a nice environment and just hang out

and also a vision of creating my own fashion line ...

i like the feeling of being bossy in a good way , walking down the street with people following you , jumping from meetings to meetings and Blackberry ringing!

i guess that's one thing i need to work hard to get.
But if people can do it , so can we! We are all equal and we all need to work hard to get what we want and that's a process of life.

Big Dreams Big Apple

Somehow i feel that you know about it and you are running away from me... its all fading away every step you take away from me hurts me even more and makes me wanna leave everything behind and just run away
i talk to my dance teacher today she told me she has been staying at New York City for 10years and she got her degree in some engineering field or something like that...
to much disbelieve she actually told me that the living cost there is cheap you can actually afford to drive a BMW 5 series there because the pay is high.

and New York City is a City of Arts , people usually go there to chase their dreams in performing arts...

people there have a passion for dancing , signing , acting and so on..
its just so amazing that my dance teacher works early in the morning sending newspaper then go attend classes.She told me most of the people work there even students have a job and you are free to work anywhere , food there is cheap , clothes are cheap well obviously some are very high-end , the cars are cheap but the rental are a little expensive because it depends on the economy . If the economy is good the rental will increase if its not then it will be affordable.

That means all these time our thinking is wrong , when we talk about NYC people's jaw drop and go like "OMG!!!!SO EXPENSIVEEEEEE"
This has got me thinking Hey maybe i should really further my studies there get my degree there at the same time learn different dances since i love dancing so much why not!
After all i don't wanna regret when i am older and blame myself why didn't i chase my dreams! why did i study something that is GLAMOROUS but i don't like it at all!
i don't wanna waste my time on something that i don't like because if i don't like it , even if i get my degree i am not going to work in that particular field or whatever you would like to put it as.
So Conclusion!!! CHASE YOUR DREAMS! don't let money control you , don't work as a slave for money because you only get to live once do something that you are passionate in and you will succeed in life
of course i can't count the chickens before it hatch i need to get enough money to send myself there =) Well!!! i guess i will dream big and get what i want!!!
i am determined to do that and i certainly do feel better after exploding how i feel out

you just can't stop smiling when that person say something funny or silly
Your Friends will look at you and say goshh why am i going out with a weirdo that keeps laughing at her phone!!!
and you will just say :" i can't help it!!"
it makes you feel happy if that person replies your text even if its only a two word text you will feel super duper happy and tipsy turby @__@

Today i went out with Nicholasssssss ;)
we went to pavillion done a little shopping and we ate chocolate fondue Yummmssssss

Thank you Nickayyy for belanjar-ing me this awesome desert!!! i really love it but its super fattening!! i am quitting ice creams and sweet stuff for now until i lose all my fats!
then we walk to KLCC for Tepanyaki XD
after that we went to kinokunia and i saw all these cute Japanese books OMGoshhh i just want to buy it all if i have that kind of money!!!! =)

then went to topshop to buy clothes gosh i realize that i am really fat i can't get anything or pull of anything nicely !!! i need to exercise and go on a tight diet!!!! =) *Turns over a new leaf*

Stress out much??

feeling all tired when you wake up in the morning,first phrase i say when i wake up :" DAMN!!!! another day of tuition " besides waiting for my phone to vibrate and say You Have One Text Message ;)

i feel all so tired
my skin is dry , i am always having a bad hair day , my eyes are tired people always look at me and say :" Whats wrong? you look so sad and tired "
things i just wish i can do now =)
-Go to the beach wear a bikini and drink margarita without even worrying about people pointing fingers and go like * EWWWWWW PUT ON YOUR CLOTHES LADY YOU LOOK FAT!*

-drinking a cup of coffee in a beautiful and quiet cafe

-just lay on a bed of flowers
-have a strawberry cake

-look at you for the whole day
-riding a bicycle on a big field

well so many things i wanted to do but i never get a chance to do it goshh..
sometimes life is just so good and bad at the same time..
many times i just ask myself what if i met him earlier i bet i am gonna be with him now
but i guess not everything turns out the way you want it to be

and i just love it when you care about me although i know you won't like me...
i am just so addicted to you and if i can i would read all the text again and again
